      Chemical Maintenance Products

It is hard to imagine today's industries without these types of modern maintenance products. Our chemical product line, ranges from corrosion prevention, coating, special lubrication to industrial cleaning.

Our top selling product is the Metal Free Anti Seize. With its unique metal free formulation it separates surfaces preventing galling or breakage. Samples and demonstrations of this product are available upon request.

The following are just a small selection from our vast range of chemical products. Please contact us for further details on these and others available.

Aluminium Spray

High Temperature Aluminium coating. For corrosion protection on equipment subject to high heat like exhaust systems. Protects against corrosion and weathering and has excellent colour retention. [ Back to Top ]

Belt Grip

For all types of drive belts made of rubber, plastic or leather materials. Terminates belt slippage, increases pulling efficiency by up to 50 %, saves energy, reduces noise, eliminates embrittlement, increase belt life and is water repellent. [ Back to Top ]

Cold Galvanising

Cold Galvanising is a zinc rich compound containing > 95 % pure zinc in dried film. It can be used as a protective coating or as a primer. It provides first grade protection against corrosion wherever iron and steel will be exposed to corrosive or atmospheric conditions. [ Back to Top ]

Cutting Oil

For all types of metal, steel and non-ferrous metals, for any cutting such as drilling, thread tapping, milling and turning. It removes heat and speeds work insuring at the same time continued lubrication, resulting in cleaner cuts, increasing tool life and reduced maintenance and replacement costs. [ Back to Top ]

Descaler (also available with zinc protection)

Acid based fluid, which reacts with and removes all types of scale as well as rust and corrosion. Removes cement and concrete from construction equipment. Can also be used to remove hard water remnants and corrosion build up on boiler tubes, air conditioners, water meters, heater exchangers. [ Back to Top ]

Electro Contact Cleaner

A high grade-degreasing agent for motors, switches, blowers, cables, tools etc. Removes carbon, dirt, oil, and grease build-ups. Prevents superheating caused by dirt. [ Back to Top ]

Heavy Duty Rust Guard

Excellent long lasting corrosion protection. No surface preparation required. Provides a wax like flexible film which is fresh and sea water resistant. A single application is equal to the performance of many applications of paint. [ Back to Top ]

High Pressure High Temperature Grease

Lubrication of bearings, gearboxes, chains and motors, where high pressures and temperatures exist. Water and salt resistant. [ Back to Top ]

Industrial Degreaser

Rapid remover of oil, grease, tar, sludge and other build ups from motors, engine blocks, machines, hand tools, hydraulic equipment, diesel equipment and machinery etc. [ Back to Top ]

Lacquer Coating

A colourless protective lacquer which guards tools and equipment against water, air, mild chemicals, oil, salt and alcohol. Protects all materials. [ Back to Top ]

Light Coloured Chain and Wire Rope Lubricant

A protective lubrication of load bearing surfaces on open gears, bearing surfaces on open gears, bearings, wire ropes etc. It adheres to all metals providing properties of extreme pressure and water resistance. [ Back to Top ]

Metal Free Anti Seize

This Anti Seize is useful for all metals and temperatures up to 1400 °C. Allows easy assembly and disassembly, corrosion protection, sealant and lubricant. Contains millions of non-metal ball bearings that separate the surfaces thus preventing galling or fretting. [ Back to Top ]

MAIN ADVANTAGES

  • Metal free
  • White
  • Pressure Resistant
  • Extreme lubrication
  • Guards against corrosion
  • Seals and protects
  • Eases assembly and disassembly
  • Anti-seize

RANGE OF APPLICATION

Eases mechanical assembly of bolts, screws, flanges, gaskets, bushings, studs, bearings etc. Allows more accurate torque. Eases disassembly by preventing rust and corrosion and seizure up to 1400°C. Permits reuse of threads and parts by preventing breakage during opening. Apply on steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass, iron, titanium etc. [ Back to Top ]

Teflon* (PTFE) Coating
Our Teflon Coating supplies lubrication of such surfaces, that must be slippery without the application of oil or grease, because they come into contact with dry materials. Unlike most grease lubricants the coating does not collect dust or dirt and it will not run off smooth surfaces.

Composite Technology

The Composite Market is Virtually Unlimited. Composites are used to outperform a variety of specialty materials in Abrasive Applications.

They have proven performance over:

  • Ni-Hard
  • Titanium
  • CD4
  • Weld Overlay
  • Stelite
  • Ceramics
  • Rubber, and many other materials.

In Corrosion-Erosion, Composites are Specified throughout the world in Power Plants to provide absolute protection of Critical Cooling Water Equipment.

They have proven performance over:

  • Coal Tar Epoxies
  • Stainless Steel Alloys
  • Ceramic Filled Epoxies
  • Molecular Repair Compounds
  • and all traditional Coating and Lining Materials

In Severe Chemical Attack, such as occurs in Flue Gas Absorbers. Ceramic Composites have Outperformed all other Lining Technologies.

They have proven performance over:

  • Vinyl Esters
